  • Increased energy. Due to the fact that most toxins that start in the body form in the mouth. Why not try to keep it as clean as possible to prevent any further toxins forming and save energy that that the immune system would otherwise use filtering out the nasty toxins and can use the energy for other uses.

Method

Out a tablespoon of cold pressed oil in your mouth and swish it around for 5 – 20 minutes.

Make sure you do not swallow any of the oil as you will be swallowing all the nasties that come with it from cleaning your mouth.

Sunflower Oil – After about 45 days studies have shown that people show a reduction in ‘gingivitis’ (inflammation of the gums).
