Top Tips for World Health Day 2016

Do you find yourself constantly exhausted? Is your skin looking dry, flaky and dull? Do you find your weight constantly fluctuating between Muffin Top and Bulgy Bum? Have you thought about why this might be happening? Its most likely caused by two key factors, your diet and your lifestyle. So we're here to help!

Its time to turn your bad habits into good ones, and turn your body and more importantly your life around.

It doesn't have to be hard, small changes in your lifestyle can make a huge difference.

Did you know? Diabetes is on the increase, and its largely caused by sedentary lifestyles, poor lifestyle habits like smoking and too much sugar and processed foods being consumed. The biggest problem with Diabetes is it call be a killer. Read more here from W.H.O .

Make these small changes and watch your life and your waistline change:

1. Eat Avocado's !! They're super healthy, packed full of nutrients and 'good' fats, and they're so versatile. Eat all Greens in fact!!

  • Mash them up and use them instead of Butter

  • Use them in Salsa, in Smoothies and in Soups

2. Use Natural Sweetener - No more processed Sugar

  • Use alternative like Agave Syrup or Organic Honey

3. Get Active!

  • Go for a walk with friends or take you pet pooch for a stroll

  • Join your local Gym

  • Take up Tennis, Golf or Football with your local club - excerising with friends is one of the easiest ways to keep fit
