Make these small changes and watch your life and your waistline change:
1. Eat Avocado's !! They're super healthy, packed full of nutrients and 'good' fats, and they're so versatile. Eat all Greens in fact!!
Mash them up and use them instead of Butter

2. Use Natural Sweetener - No more processed Sugar
Use alternative like Agave Syrup or Organic Honey

3. Get Active!

Take up Tennis, Golf or Football with your local club - excerising with friends is one of the easiest ways to keep fit
