4. France - Yoga, Wine and Chocolate Retreat at La Jugie, Limousin

This is arguably the most exciting Yoga retreat on my calender this year - a Yoga retreat combining three of my very favourite things, Yoga, Wine and yes Chocolate! This retreat is hosted by Sophie Bickerdike of Go Yoga Harrogate. Theres a really nice combination of Yoga styles from Vinyasa, to Ashtanga and Kundalini and essential oils and chocolate involved in each practice to heighten the senses. Sounds like a novel idea to me. Plus guests will be able to visit a local chocolatier and indulge in wine tastings in between twice daily Yoga sessions. All round this is a winner for me.
