The Coconut Collaborative have just launched a delicious new addition to their dairy-free product offering, 'Little Lemon Temptations'. These little pots of yum are made with coconut cream and real lemon juice and make a delicious dairy-free dessert.

The new range will sit alongside their already popular Mini Choc Pots and Rice Pudding, and all are free from dairy, soya, gluten but not lacking in taste at all. I tried some this week and was licking the pots they're so tasty.

James Averdieck, who Co-Founded the label back in 2003 when they launched Gu says, 'There's a real gap in the market for great tasting, free-from desserts which aren't packed with sugar'.

I agree. The Vegan scene in 'Food-Land' is really hitting centre stage with celebrities like Jamie Oliver now championing the benefits of a meat-free, dairy free lifestyle, and yet no one seems to have cracked the 'tasty' nor 'indulgent dessert' factor.

I think the Coconut Collaborative have hit the nail on the head, and I for one will be lining up to buy these any chance i get. They're priced at £2.50 for a pack of four so they won't break the bank and at 125 calories per serving they won't break your diet plan either!
