I was a vegetarian for 20 years until an illness and recovery forced me into taking up a meat-eating diet once again. So i thought i had tried every type of veggie meal, alternative burger and had eating my body weight in falafels, until i tried this delicious new range from Gosh! It vegan, tasty and the perfect addition to your lunch or dinner if you're trying to eat healthily.
Gosh! products are made up of vegetables, pulses, herbs and spices that are minimally processed, nutritionally dense and very tasty. Plus, because they have nothing added ie. preservatives you actually feel like you're eating wholesome veggies when you tuck in.
Each of the Gosh! burgers, bakes and bites are made from natural ingredients including chia seeds, flax seeds, kale, goji berries, puy lentils, pumpkin seeds, spinach and quinoa – all of which are known for their nutritional properties and earthy goodness. The meals are convenient, simple and easy to prepare – just 15 minutes in the oven.
Better yet, these healthy meal options are naturally vegan, dairy free, gluten free, nut free and soy free. In fact, they're free from the top 14 allergens.

I think my favourite of the bunch was either the Spiced Bakes or the Sweetcorn and Quinoa Bites
