One of the video resources we have, is youtube. We can literally find anything we need on it. Look up ‘vegan dinner’ and you will probably get over a million different links to choose from, which is great and also good to see the vegan community is growing proud and strong, but who has time to go through all the different video’s and channels to get what we want? I have narrowed down five channels that you should check out on your wellness journey. The best thing from these channels is that each of them provide ‘do it at home’ video’s, to help you make theses healthy changes to your everyday life.

Yoga & Fitness
I have personally been following Adriene’s account for over a year now to help me with my at home yoga, if I miss a class or if I am away on holidays. The reason why i like Adriene is due to her nice and down to earth nature in her video’s. Her channel will provide you with all kinds of yoga you may want such as; energising yoga, chill out yoga and morning/ night yoga. She also sets up yoga challenges and camps through Youtube. Aside from yoga Adriene will also upload blogs and meal videos for all to watch.
Blogilates is a channel (and business) set up by Cassey Ho, it is exactly what is says on the tin, a monthly pilates class on her blog, accompanied by meal tips and recipes available on her blog. Her Youtube account is filled with pilates, ‘pop’ pilates and lots of recipes and tips. With almost 4 million Youtube subscribers Cassey is definitely doing something right.
