I can't think of anything better than getting a personal wellness programme on my next spa holiday, designed specifically for me by a trained Doctor. When you visit Adler Balance thats exactly what you'll get!

Adler Balance Exterior

The Adler Balance’s holistic approach is similar to the FX Mayr method, without being as restrictive, and is based on the following five pillars: diagnosis, nutrition, inner balance, exercise and treatments.

On arrival at the Adler Balance, guests have an appointment with one of the in-house doctors and undergo a medical check-up, various tests and an individual assessment. Working with the results, the doctor then creates a personalised programme aimed at targeting specific needs, be it weight loss, stress release etc.

As part of the nutrition pillar, delicious simple meals – created by Armin Mairhofer, previously a one star Michelin chef – are tailored to suit a guest’s body, with a view to helping them regain body shape and well-being. Guests also learn how to breathe correctly and how to relax in order to achieve inner balance, to reduce stress and induce greater levels of serenity.
