Mind Body Winners Announced!!

Thank you to everyone who visited us at the Mind Body Spirit Festival in Dublin's RDS last weekend. We had an absolute ball and enjoyed meeting each and every one of you so much! We got lots of great feedback, and signed up hundreds of new clients to our sister site Wellclik.com so it was a great success all-round.

We have lots of exciting events coming up that you might want to check out over the coming weeks, including:

National Workplace Wellbeing Day, March 31st

1. A Workplace Wellbeing Day at our offices in ITB, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 including free Yoga and Meditation classes. Book here!

On the day we'll host a free Yoga class at 1pm to 2pm at The LINC, Institute of Technology Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 followed by a 30 minute Meditation class all in an effort to promote more wellbeing at work for National Workplace Welling Day. All proceeds from this event will go to Barnardos Ireland

Wellclik Wellness Event at The Liquor Rooms, May 10th

2. A Wellclik Wellness Event at The Liquor Rooms, at The Clarence Hotel, Dublin 2 including free Yoga, talks on Nutrition, inspirational stories from some of the biggest names in the Health and Wellbeing industries and lots of prizes up for grabs, tasty treats and a goodie-bag for everyone. A proportion of all proceeds (50%) will go to Barnardos Ireland too and tickets are just €15 per person. Book here!

Prize Winners!

As you know we had a four amazing hampers up for grabs containing prizes from some fantastic brands including; a Monsoon bag, a stunning Pandora notebook, L'Oreal hair products, Kerastase hair products, Universal Pictures fitness videos including Zumba Fitness and Lorraine from ITV, Clinique Body creme, Clarins facial oils , Elemis and so many others i can hardly fit them all in.

We also had a stunning goodie-bag from the fabulous Biola Ireland, a luxury organic skincare brand that I am obsessed with at the moment. Biola gave you us beautiful face creams and a voucher for €60 for Sanctuary Massage in Ranelagh, Dublin.
