I have just heard about the latest fitness craze......and i'm crazy about the idea. Hula Hooping!! Yes, Hula Hooping!

Hoop Tone is run by the world-record holding hula hooper, Marawa The Amazing (with no less than 8 Guinness World Records). I don't know why i didn't think of this myself - if you wind your belly and wiggle your waist you're sure enough going to have abs of steel. Its a no-brainer!

Marawa spends much of her time travelling the world performing her incredible hoop and skating feats, when she's home in London her heart lies in her pocket-sized shop, The Hoopermarket (how much do you love the name?), tucked away on Gillett Square in East London.

When searching for it, look out for the cactus in the middle of the square which doubles up as a hula hoop stand for passers-by to use. Inside The Hoopermarket is a treasure trove of hula hoops, hooping equipment and even high heeled skates for the seriously badass performers. The newest addition to The Hoopermarket shop is the innovative and super portable 36" collapsible travel hoop - no push buttons, no complicated connectors - just twist and fold! Designed and made by Marawa, this new hoop makes hooping easy and accessible anytime and anywhere. All products are also on sale online – www.hoopermarket.com

The Hoop Tone classes take place in various locations across London. The energy and inspiration that Marawa and the Hoop Tone teachers display in the hour long class make you feel the benefits of hooping straight away. Spin into shape with an adult size hula hoop and tone your core and build your balance. This is the best possible exercise for your midsection, get ready to sweat!

Marawa’s exercise routines are inspired by Dancehall and Calypso music, but new hoopers can find their own jam for what they like best. Whatever beat you spin to, dig out your colourful lycras, get down to The Hoopermarket and start hooping your way out of the winter blues this 2017. The travel hoops costs £30. A Hoop Tone class cost £10 for a 1 hour session. The Hoopermarket can be found at 4 Gillett Square, London, N16 8AZ.
