If you like the idea of doing something a little different this year for St. Patricks Day, we suggest venturing to Dublin's RDS where a festival of wellness will be taking place. Ireland's longest established Mind, Body, Spirit and Wellness Festival celebrates its 22nd birthday this year with 75 life-enhancing talks from top Irish and international experts in the fields of positive psychology and self-help, plus exhibits by over 150 complementary and healing practitioners. Here's a sneak peek at the line-up announced......

This March, from 17th to 19th you'll be able to catch all the leaders in fields of Mindfulness, Body therapies and Wellness at the festival, including leading US Feng Shui expert Amanda Collins, whose clients include Bloomingdales and Dreamworks film studios, will reveal how you can set up your home to find financial freedom. "At the festival people will learn how to make changes at home and at work that will lift their vibrancy and create an energy flow of abundance and wealth," says Amanda, who has spent many years studying with China's top Feng Shui masters.
Stephen Travers, a leading Hypnotist and practitioner of the Havening Technique will be giving love demonstrations across the weekend. Karen Ward and John Cantwell from Sli an Chroi will also be on-site across the weekend offering treatments. You'll find in-depth interviews with all the practitioners in our Wellness Guru column on our Wellness channel.
We'll be there all weekend long telling attendees about our newly launched service Wellclik.com, some come visit us at Stand 18

Psychologist Michaela Avlund, author of Happiness Skills, will be explaining how increased joy and well-being is within everyone's reach, while all weekend long you'll be able to take part in free Yoga classes at the newly expanded Yoga Zone at the festival this year.
Free yoga taster sessions are also being provided at this year's festival with 20 minute to one hour classes available three times a day in a variety of disciplines including laughter yoga, soulful yoga, yin yoga and animal flow yoga.
“The amazing spectrum of holistic and complementary practitioners at Mind Body Spirit makes for a truly stimulating, vibrant and potentially life-changing experience,” said festival organiser Louis O’Sullivan. “People will leave the Mind Body Spirit with a smile on their face having enjoyed eye-opening new experiences and meaningful engagement with people and ideas that can benefit them.”

The festival provides the chance to sample an amazing spectrum of holistic therapies. With over 150 stands, visitors can explore everything from angels and aromatherapy to reiki and reflexology, with sound therapy, massage, meditation, mindfulness, bio-energy healing, crystals, chakra tools, Tibetan bowls and yoga therapy there to be discovered.
The live stage will be buzzing with free entertainment as a lively mix of 45 performances including music, dance, drumming and yoga demonstrations take place over the three-day event.
