The Seven-day Detox Package allows guests to escape and step into a world of serenity on Dhonakulhi’s secluded island. The programme includes unlimited spa access along with daily treatments which aim to revitalise the body. Seven-Day Detox Programme:

Day 1 - Enjoy a reflexology massage with the use of Dorissima bath salts in an aroma footbath, which aims to improve circulation in the feet and flush out toxins from open pores. The soothing action of reflexology will leave the recipient feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful.

Day 2 - Experience a combination of a steam bath, which will soften tense muscles and remove toxins, and a Dorissima customised massage that aids the detoxification process.

Day 3 - A relaxing body scrub that will restore smoothness to the skin, followed by an electric blanket wrap which will detoxify and hydrate the body. The heat of the wrap will relax muscles, open pores and encourage sweating, helping to eradicate toxins in the body.

Day 4 - Choose from an anti-cellulite massage, which aims to reduce cellulite and fluid retention, or a hot bamboo massage using warm bamboo on muscular injuries and other deep-tissue issues. Each treatment finishes with a tranquil Jacuzzi flower bath.

Day 5 - Receive a targeting detox massage which stimulates the lymphatic system in the neck, improving the nervous and muscular systems, as it encourages fluid flow and removes bacteria.
