Like any girl i'm all about my treats on a Friday night, and whilst i try to stay healthy i can't resist a small indulgence every now and again. So i've rounded up my go-to products for a treat when all you want to do is Netflix and Chill

1. Quinoa Chocolate

Yes i know! No i didn't make it up. Its true! M&S have just launched a Quinoa chocolate! The minute i heard i rushed out to buy it and can whole-heartedly say its delicious. It does not taste 'healthy' it tastes very naughty and very good and i want more!

M&S has created a new collection of dark chocolate using an enticing combination of grains, seeds, pulses and fruits ensuring that each snack size treat is packed full of antioxidants. The collection includes a Quinoa, Raspberry & Acai Dark Chocolate Bar (€2.29 28g). A Goji, Cranberry & Linseed Dark Chocolate Bar (€2.29 28g) and some chocolate mixes The Dark Chocolate Pulse Mix (€2.29 40g) is a mixture of chickpeas and split peas which have been roasted, and The Dark Chocolate Seed Mix (€2.29 34g), a combination of sunflower and pumpkin seeds, covered in dark chocolate.

I have no more words! This is very good news! I'm off to the shops............

2. CLIF Bar

Ok, this one is a bit healthier but is my favourite, favourite and i means FAVOURITE healthy bar on the market currently. I keep one i my handbag if i'm on a long car journey, for a healthy snack on the plane or by my desk when i have a deadline and i know i won't be able to grab lunch. I'm basically their biggest fan!

Clif Bars are made from organic rolled oats and organic dates and come in a full range of flavours from Chocolate Chip (my personal favourite) to White Chocolate Macadamia Nut or even a Blueberry Crisp. The full range of flavours can be seen here. They're available everywhere from Tesco to your independent health store. They're bringing out a range of Energy Gels and Builders Protein Bars this year but i haven;t tasted them yet.......the Chocolate Chip CLIF bar though is you're only man!

3. NAKD

If you haven't tried a NAKD bar or treat before you've met your sister. I was never a big fan of buying what i thought were 'protein bars' at the checkout and if i was going to have a treat i'd probably have plumped for Dark Chocolate instead. That was until i tried the first in my Nakd 'awakening', their Salted Caramel Nakd Nibbles. Well it was a taste sensation as Peter Kay would say - i was running out of the gym, i needed to grab a few bits in Tesco and saw these treats and thought 'what harm?'.

They're awesome! I honestly don't know why i've been resisting them all these years.

The Nakd range is huge, with everything from their Nakd Nibbles, to their TREK protein bars, from Nakd Protein Crunch bars to their Nakd Oatie Bars and theres so many more, and within each range their are plenty of flavours to choose from. So i can tell you i've tried the Nakd Nibbles (mega tasty), the Nakd Apple Protein Crunch (really good), the Nakd Christmas Pud Raw Fruit and Nut bar (nice but very fruity) and finally the Nakd Berry Cheeky Bar (so good!).

They're all really good, and you get your hit of sugar but its good sugar. So its a guilty pleasure thats not so guilty if you like. Most of the range is wheat, gluten and dairy-free (check labels of course before buying) and contain no added sugars or flavourings. And i saw them on special in Tesco yesterday so go down and stock up now! Read more about them here
