It can be so hard to stay on track with your healthy eating plan when you're out and about, on the school run or in the office. So we've pulled together a simple list of our 3 most recommended products to suit these occasions to help you out. And better yet, some of the products are suitable for your kids too.

1. Bulletproof Coffee

Bulletproof is a revolutionary new way of drinking coffee, blending Upgraded™ Coffee, unsalted grass-fed butter and Upgraded Octane Oil to deliver a cup that claims to place you in a state of high performance. Bulletproof aims to create a place where your body, mind and nervous system work together effortlessly to help you perform at levels beyond your expectations! So what does 'Upgraded' mean i hear you ask? The Bulletproof coffee beans are free from performance-robbing mould toxins according to its makers. And whats Octane Oil you ask? Octane Oil is the made from the healthy fats at the heart of a coconut, and is a purified form of MCT (Medium-Chain Triglyceride oil. So combined, these ingredients boost metabolism and energy levels for both mind and body whilst keeping hunger at bay.

In the US, the brand has become a smash hit with both consumers and celebrities alike (Ed Sheeran, David Beckham, Shailene Woodley, Jessica Biel, Jeremy Piven to name a few). Having launched in the U.K. and Ireland earlier this year, the brand is rapidly gaining a loyal set of followers over here too! And Bulletproof's founder Dave Asprey hasn't stopped there when it comes to the Bulletproof 'Biohacking' revolution - alongside the ever expanding product line sits the Number 1 ranked radio show and podcast Bulletproof™ Radio, the New York Times bestselling book THE BULLETPROOF™ DIET, documentary feature film MOLDY, The Bulletproof™ Executive blog, a flagship coffee shop in Santa Monica and much more.

I tried the Bulletproof coffee with Ugraded Octane Oil over the last two weeks and can definitely attest its a terrific product. I try to minimise my caffeine intake to 1/2 cups a day and because of this i'm super fussy about the quality of my coffee. Bulletproof is a top quality tasting coffee with added benefits, and i'll take that any day!

Available from your local Health store. Check out Bulletproof coffee recipes here and buy it online here or source it from your local health store

2. Luscombe Drinks

This month we're crazy about a fantastic new organic drinks brand Luscombe, that has launched in the U.K. They take time to source only the best ingredients from growers and suppliers to create a delicious range of drinks suitable for any summer garden party, and so wholesome you'll feel fine about sharing them with your children too.

The best thing abut this brand for me is their transparency and honesty in sourcing fruit - their Apples and Elderflowers come from U.K. growers, whilst their Orange and Lemons are from Sicily, but you can view all their supply chain here. Luscombe also don't use concentrate which means no nasty additives or flavourings. Each of their bottle comes from a small batch, and most carry sediment adding to that authentic feel. You'll find them in your local Health shop, or find out more here

3. Rebel Kitchen introduces 'MYLK' for Healthy Kids

This is a range that mums and dads who like to keep their kids meals and treats as healthy as possible will go crazy for, Mylk. The Mylk range is Dairy-free containing a blend of Coconut milk, Somerset Spring water and a touch of organic date nectar as a sweetener so you can rest assured its healthy and not full of additives or colourings.

And i am in love with the packaging, what child won;t cry out to have one of these bad boys (see pic below). Flavours range from Banana or Chocolate and even Chocolate Orange, my favourite! Founder Tamara Arbib says founding a responsible food brand was at the core of the ideation for Mylk and so has won countless awards for the product range, and we can;t applaud her enough. Well done Tamara!

The range is available in Waitrose, Selfridges, Wholefoods and from your local health store. To learn more visit their Rebel Kitchen
