1. Wileys Finest Fish Oils
I've been a Fish Oil Aficionado for some time now, given we all know they're beneficial for blood circulation and blood pressure, they're terrific for your eye health and brain function to name just a few. But often i have to take them in capsule form to avoid that fishy taste and i worry about where they're sourced from. Well not any more! I give you Wiley's Finest Wild Alaskan Fish Oils.
Wiley's Finest Wild Alaskan Fish Oils, are premium supplements made from sustainable wild Alaskan Pollock and have more Marine Stewardship Council certified SKU's than any other Fish Oil brand (US nationwide and globally). They're also made with world class EPA and DHA's and this liquid formula i've been taking is even suitable for Toddlers. They've now reached Irish shores too!
Wiley's are available in capsule form and fruit flavoured oils (Lemon PEAK EPA & Orange Burst) - i prefer the Oils to be honest, which can be incorporated within healthy food recipes such as soups, smoothies or juices and i can attest there is no fishy taste at all. Check out my Instagram page for hints on how you can use them @darrylwellnesscentral and visit Wileys Finest to hear more

2. OHAYO
Now this little drink 'OHAYO' is pretty awesome - it may look cute in its novel packaging but it sure packs a punch. I described drinking it to friend as 'like being electrocuted, but in a good way!' and that pretty much sums it up. Its packed full of Electrolytes, concentrated vitamins and minerals, making it super-hydrating.
Simply translated as "good morning" in Japanese, OHAYO is perfect for travelling, festivals, post-workout or for a hangover (not that we recommend those!). Plus they've designed the bottle to have a glow-in-the-dark sticker behind with cute messages behind the main label - so peel off the label to make it glow so you'll have a reminder to drink when you get home from a 'long night'. OHAYO is vegan-friendly, gluten and dairy free with no artificial flavourings. RRP for a bottle is £3.75 and available at Harvey Nichols and online with more information at ohayotomorrow.com

3. Indigo Herbs - Herbal Powders
I've been using these for about 2 weeks now and i love them - all it takes is one spoon in a smoothie or soup to take your nutrition factor up by about 50%. My favourite so far is their Supergreen Powder and i've been adding it to all my morning smoothies - take a look on my Instagram account for some helpful tips on how to use them @darrylwellnesscentral
The range has been created using the finest quality ingredients sourced from quality and organic assured sources. Indigo Nutrition provides the best ingredients at affordable prices, designed to help everyone achieve their personal best this 2016. Visit www.indigo-herbs.co.uk

4. Vitamin B12
I've always been wary of my Vitamin B12 levels given i was a Vegetarian for over 20years until a digestive condition meant i had to start adding fish and other foods to my diet to help relieve the condition. Vegetarians are often found to have low levels of B12 because of their diet so i always take a supplement even now. B12 is also important for maintaining the health of the nervous system and red blood cells.
But its not just important for Vegetarians, many people are deficient without being aware of it, leading to a condition called PA. PA (Pernicious Anaemia) is a condition where the body can't make enough healthy red blood cells because it doesn't have enough vitamin B12. People who have PA can't absorb enough vitamin B12 from food because they lack intrinsic factor, a protein made in the stomach.
Boost is a supplement i started taking over the last few weeks because being an Oral Spray its easier to use than tablets. Its also suitable for vegetarian, vegans and throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding. For more information visit www.betteryou.com
